The streaming service is gearing up to face the competition in live sports, with competitors like <a href=\"https:\/\/knowtechie.com\/apple-unveils-new-mls-season-pass-pricing-and-release\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/knowtechie.com\/apple-unveils-new-mls-season-pass-pricing-and-release\/\" data-lasso-id=\"556872\">Apple TV Plus already in the arena<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This long-term partnership further expands the reach of WWE&#8217;s shows and events, bringing weekly live appointment viewing to Netflix&#8217;s global audience. The <a href=\"https:\/\/knowtechie.com\/the-wwe-network-will-soon-be-available-exclusively-on-peacock\/\" data-lasso-id=\"556873\">WWE library is currently available on Peacock<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Netflix enters live sports streaming with a 10-year deal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">WWE Raw is getting in the ring with Netflix! <br><br>Starting in January 2025, Netflix will exclusively stream WWE Raw in the US, Canada, UK, &amp; Latin America. We&#8217;re hopeful this won&#8217;t mean another <a href=\"https:\/\/knowtechie.com\/how-much-does-a-netflix-subscription-cost\/\" data-lasso-id=\"556875\">price hike for Netflix subscribers<\/a>, but that seems unlikely. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;We are excited to have WWE Raw, with its passionate multigenerational fan base, on Netflix,&#8221; said Bela Bajaria, Chief Content Officer of the streaming service, in a <a href=\"https:\/\/about.netflix.com\/en\/news\/netflix-to-become-new-home-of-wwe-raw-beginning-2025\" data-lasso-id=\"556876\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">press release<\/a>. &#8220;By combining our reach and fandom with WWE, we&#8217;ll be able to deliver more joy and value for their audiences and our members.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The show, which is currently the number one show on the USA Network, brings in 17.5 million unique viewers annually across its 52-week run. Raw has launched many iconic careers in sports entertainment, including John Cena and Dwayne \u2018The Rock\u2019 Johnson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mark Shapiro, TKO President and COO, said in a statement: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>This deal is transformative. It marries the can\u2019t-miss WWE product with Netflix\u2019s extraordinary global reach and locks in significant and predictable economics for many years.
